Welcome to OG KIDS, where fitness meets fun! Designed specifically for youngsters aged 8-12, our 45-minute high-energy classes are tailored to instill a solid foundation for movement. Whether your child is an aspiring athlete or just looking to stay active, OG KIDS is the perfect platform to prepare them for any sport and promote general fitness.
Each session is a blend of dumbbell exercises, body weight routines, and cardio drills. We ensure that every class is different, keeping the excitement alive.
While fitness is our primary goal, we believe in the power of play. Our classes are infused with enjoyable games that not only entertain but also enhance agility and coordination.
Zeina is more than just a coach; she’s a fitness enthusiast with a rich background in the domain. A graduate from the Lebanese Law University with a degree in political science, Zeina’s journey in the fitness world began in Lebanon, where she served as a Les Mills Body Pump and Zumba Instructor for five years. After moving to the US, she acquired her ISSA (International Sports Science Association) personal training certification, studied nutrition at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, and earned her Kids CrossFit and CrossFit L1 certifications. With over 5 years of experience as a fitness instructor and personal trainer with Optimum Fitness, Zeina’s passion for CrossFit is evident in her dedication and enthusiasm.
