What is Trevor’s coaching/fitness background?
• Trevor graduated from Wartburg College with a Degree in Fitness Management and a minor in business. Trevor played college football and has worked in the fitness field since 2009. Trevor found CrossFit in 2010 and has never looked back. Trevor has worked as a personal trainer from 2011 to 2014 in a global gym then opened CrossFit Elkhorn in 2014.
What is Trevor’s favorite music to workout to?
• Anything 90’s and Country Music AKA Florida Georgia Line!
What is Trevor’s favorite treat meal?
• Pizza, Dark Chocolate, or Zevia with Peach Old Camp Whiskey.
