What is your coaching/fitness background? 

  • In 2008 I started working in the fitness industry as a Personal Trainer in California.  After spending 8 years as an IFBB Pro Figure Competitor, I experienced a great deal of health issues from years of restrictive dieting.  I decided I wanted to change the way people viewed nutrition and teach people how to make it a lifestyle.  I received my CrossFit Level 1 in 2017 and my Level 2 in 2022.  I am a WAG and Precision Nutrition certified nutrition coach and have been actively working with clients since 2011.  I truly feel if you prioritize your nutrition and implement resistance training you can transform your overall health and it will change your life for the better. 

What is your favorite music to work out to? 

  • Hard Rock or a Country Mix on Fit Radio

What is your favorite treat meal? 

  •  Anything Mexican Food, especially Roja!

What are your favorite fitness movements?

All of them, lol! I love working out in general, I would say my top 5 movements would be; Devil’s Press, Toes to Bar, Hang Power Cleans, Deadlifts, and Bar Muscle Ups.
